Dear Friends of "TV Nation",

First of all, I want to thank you for writing to us last year and apologize for taking so long to respond. When the letters began coming in, I thought, hey, it will be fun writing back to all of you. But, within days we had received over 17,000 letters! So much for the personal response.

I hope this belated form letter will suffice. I want to thank all of you -- the enormous volume of mail and phone calls has resulted in "TV Nation" being picked up by the FOX network for this summer. Let me tell you, and I've seen it firsthand, viewer response to the network does have a significant impact.

"TV Nation" will appear on your local FOX station beginning Friday, July 21, at 8:00pm E/P (7pm Central). We will be on for 7 weeks with all new shows.

Please tell your friends and neighbors to watch (Friday night is a good time for a "TV Nation" party!).

We have a great season planned for our show. We're trying to pack as much as we can into each hour and some critics are already saying we've topped last year's successful run.

As you know, it's not easy getting this kind of show on TV. The fact that we've been able to get it on twice -- first on NBC, now on FOX -- still amazes me.

We would like "TV Nation" to stay on the air for more than just this summer.
